Changing lives one smile at a time is what OPERATION SMILE is all about. Founded in 1982 OS has provided free surgeries for children with cleft lip and cleft palate in over 50 countries. To date over 140,000 children have been given reconstructive surgery and a new lease on life. We encourage our members to mark donations for OS and when at least $240 (the amount for one surgery) has been gathered a check is sent to OS.
